STEP 1: Join Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) *

Create an Individual Athlete Membership for each diver;
You must include the Club Code and Club Name
Club Code: PVDI48EKB1
Club Name: R E T R I E V E R D I V E C L U B
Print your AAU Membership Card

* Every diver must have CURRENT AAU MEMBERSHIP in order to participate in the Program.

STEP 2: Complete the following Forms

Registration Form
Medical Release Form
Membership Agreement Form
You can print out the forms and bring them to the pool, or you can fill them out
